Salesforce runs deep in the CodeScience DNA. Because of this knowledge, CodeScience saw a void and wanted to offer a Managed Services aspect to their business. For both ISVs and Enterprise products, teams often get stuck managing new release updates, feature updates, security checks and bug fixes. CodeScience wanted to provide Tier II and Tier III support without a company having to hire a Full Time Employee, while seamlessly integrating into the product organization, gaining proficiency in the application and enhancing the product offering.
Solution
Together with the CodeScience Senior Leadership Team, we determined 4 new key sales and marketing targets. Sales teams were armed with Phone Scripts, Battle Cards, PowerPoint Decks, Collateral and new Website Pages that highlighted Managed Services were launched. Additionally, static and dynamic digital ads in a variety of sizes were distributed on the 6sense Revenue AI platform to arm the CodeScience revenue team with data and visibility.
Results
Launch of the Managed Services division needed to be completed for role out a Dreamforce 2023, an annual event that brings together the global Salesforce community for learning, fun, community building, and philanthropy.
