Situation
Serving multiple markets across diverse cultures and languages had splintered Dornier’s marketing, diluting its global brand image. On the company’s 35th anniversary, Dornier decided to unify and modernize its branding. Our first assignment was to launch a new ED-focused medical device, ARIES, at a major industry event in Madrid, Spain—no small feat given the company’s widespread audience.
Solution
We began by engaging Dornier’s key leadership in the USA, Germany, and Singapore, capturing the essence of their history, culture, and vision. From there, we crafted a comprehensive brand guide and roadmap to reinvigorate the global brand—covering everything from new product launches to uniform trade show presence. This solid foundation ensured a consistent message worldwide.
Result
Over three years, we produced more than 100 print pieces, designed six different trade show booths on six continents, and launched a new website in seven languages. Through social media, global distributor partnerships, microsites, and trade shows, we effectively reintroduced Dornier’s refreshed identity. At the initial Madrid event, leads more than doubled from the previous year, with 75% originating from new prospects.
Aries ED Microsite
Dornier ARIES represents a breakthrough in non-invasive, non-pharmacological vasculogenic ED treatment—bringing enduring improvements in erectile function without pain or medication. Its proprietary “smart focused” technology enhances blood flow, granting patients greater freedom and confidence. The dedicated ARIES microsite further educates healthcare professionals and patients, illustrating how Dornier is revolutionizing urological care on a global scale.
